The Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE).  This strategic partnership is set to birth the formation of a Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Monitoring Committee. LuSE CEO Mr. Nicholas Kabaso was delighted at the signing of this partnership as the collaboration will help provide assurance to listed companies. ZICA CEO Mr. Anthony Bwembya echoed the importance of the strategic alliance as it re-affirmed both parties commitment to the growth, integrity, transparency and investor confidence of Zambia's Securities Market.
