The Lusaka Securities Exchange Plc (LuSE) and Women Capital (wCap) Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration in attracting a pipeline of Small and Medium Sized Companies as potential candidates to list on the Exchange. This partnership is aimed at providing value creation services, capacity building, monitoring and support to potential listings to the Alternative Market. The partnership will provide valuable preparation for Small and Medium sized Companies to access cheaper long-term capital.
